Too many families in Winter Haven are carrying the burden of a local government that puts big business and special interests ahead of everyday residents.

Property taxes keep climbing while wages stay flat. Renters are left with unsafe housing. Some neighborhoods are overlooked while others get all the attention. That’s not right.

We need leadership that delivers sensible solutions, not pet projects. We need leadership that understands what it’s like to live paycheck-to-paycheck.

We need leadership that puts neighborhoods, not special interests, first. That is why I’m running: to fight for fair housing, safe neighborhoods, clean water and air, and a city budget that reflects our values.

I’m not running for the powerful or the well-connected.
I’m running for the rest of us.
